EInvoice Translator converts invoice data into EN 16931 structured invoices (UBL 2.1 XML and Factur-X PDFs) and validates them against the EN 16931 core business rules implemented in the product. Validation is a technical check against those rules; it is not legal or tax advice, and acceptance by a specific buyer's system also depends on that buyer's and country's Peppol/network requirements.
Peppol sending: sending over the Peppol network requires a certified access point. Peppol sending activates when our access-point partner is connected; until then it is not part of the delivered service and is shown as unavailable in the product.
Refund terms: Digital delivery — once a license key is activated, the sale is final. If a key has not been activated and isn’t working, contact [email protected] — we’ll fix it or refund it.
License keys are delivered by email after payment confirmation. A key may be revoked if it is shared publicly or used to resell the service. Contact: [email protected].
